Hi, I’m Pracy-Ann Pryce, founder of Virtual Aid Pro. I specialize in the behind-the-scenes transaction work that keeps real estate deals moving: title, due diligence, documents, communication, deadlines, and closing coordination.
I built Virtual Aid Pro around one simple idea: the right support should reduce the amount of follow-up you have to personally carry—not create more of it.
How I Got Here
I started working online in 2011 while attending university. Over the years, my work moved from general administrative support into client service, case management, operations, and eventually real estate transaction coordination.
Today, I manage multi-state real estate transactions and the details that come with them: title orders and commitments, liens and payoffs, vesting, powers of attorney, due diligence, surveys, utilities, county follow-up, closing documents, signatures, and communication among sellers, buyers, attorneys, and title teams.
