For Growing Investor Teams

Ongoing Transaction Support

Custom Volume Pricing

For teams with a steady pipeline that need recurring support across multiple active files.

Pricing is based on transaction volume, workflow complexity, and the level of day-to-day ownership you need.

  • Recurring pipeline management
  • Multi-file title and due diligence tracking
  • Transaction-party communication
  • CRM and reporting support
  • Defined weekly or monthly scope

For Law Firms & Title Teams

Dedicated Operations Support

Custom Quote

For real estate attorneys, title companies, and settlement teams that need recurring administrative or transaction-file support.

Pricing depends on file volume, responsibilities, required coverage, and whether support is ongoing, overflow-based, or tied to a defined part of your workflow.

What the $150 + $150 Structure Means

For standard investor transactions, the first $150 is due when the file is opened and work begins. The second $150 is due when the transaction successfully closes.

This structure keeps the engagement simple while ensuring active transaction work is covered even if a deal later falls through.

When a Transaction May Need a Custom Quote

Most standard files fit the pricing above. Some transactions require significantly more time, follow-up, or coordination. In those cases, any additional fee will be discussed before extra work is taken on.

Extended title-curative work
Complex lien or payoff resolution
Probate, heirship, or unusual vesting issues
Double-closing coordination
Files that remain active far beyond a normal closing timeline
Work outside the agreed transaction scope

No One-Size-Fits-All Retainers

For recurring investor support, law firms, and title companies, I would rather price the actual workload than sell you a block of generic VA hours. We will look at your file volume, responsibilities, systems, and coverage needs, then build a scope that makes sense for both sides.

Not Sure Which Option Fits?

Tell me how many files you are managing and where the bottleneck is. We can keep the arrangement as simple as your business needs.
